What is the jewelry made of?
All of our pieces are crafted with 14kt gold fill & sterling silver materials.
Is the jewelry waterproof?
It is always best jewelry practice to remove your pieces before entering the water whether it being the ocean, pool, or shower. However, it is okay to wear your jewelry in the water. Just remember to rinse your pieces off with soap and water & pat them dry with a towel after wearing them in the ocean or pool.
How should I care for my jewelry?
When your pieces are not being worn, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place with minimum exposure to moisture. If you wear your jewelry in the ocean or pool, rinse your jewelry off with soap and water then pat it dry with a towel afterwards.

Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive once I place it?
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times may vary depending on your location.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to return or exchange your jewelry. You are responsible to mail back the jewelry at your own cost. Once we receive your item back in original condition, we will issue a refund. Custom orders are final and cannot be returned.
Do you offer repairs?
- Free: Within 30 days of receiving your jewelry
- Discounted: within 6 months of receiving your jewelry. Shipping covered by customer.
- Full Cost Repair: 6+ months after receiving your jewelry. Shipping covered by customer.
